Terms for using SoloFoxAI Inventory.

The seller is SoloFoxAI. Business correspondence address: Office 149, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW, United Kingdom. This is a correspondence address, not a customer visiting or parcel-return address. Email hello@solofoxai.com for questions, support or complaints.

1. The service

SoloFoxAI Inventory provides listing guidance, an inventory record and sales summaries based on facts the user supplies and confirms about their own marketplace listings. Website users can keep several adverts with one item and check the details they enter for each marketplace. Vinted page reading and screenshot import remain Vinted-specific. It does not sign in to, post to or control a marketplace account. When requested, the advert reader retrieves public details from a Vinted item link for the user to review. Some adverts may be unavailable or cannot be read; screenshots and manual entry remain available. A saved public profile link is opened only when the user chooses. SoloFoxAI Inventory is an independent SoloFoxAI product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted. Users remain responsible for checking every fact, accurately describing condition and known flaws, and following the relevant marketplace's rules.

On supported desktop browsers, the user may give permission to capture one screenshot of a selected Vinted tab, then confirm it before import. The user must select the correct tab; SoloFoxAI Inventory cannot choose it from the advert link or capture parts of the page outside the visible area. Screenshot import reads visible text and figures from screenshots the user supplies or confirms. It may misread text and is not a substitute for checking every imported value. Users should not import screenshots containing private conversations, payment information, addresses or material they are not entitled to use. SoloFoxAI Inventory does not judge authenticity, identify counterfeits or assess whether a listing photo is good.

2. Your licence and your listings

A valid purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence for the buyer's own listings, including items they sell as an individual reseller. It does not provide shared team accounts or a right to sell access to the software. Except where the law permits, the app and its original content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, republished or sublicensed. Your listing text, photos and item records remain yours; you may export and reuse them.

The app includes open-source components supplied under their own licences. These terms do not limit the rights those licences give you. See the software credits and licence notices.

A purchase made before 3 August 2026 is not narrowed by these updated terms and retains the licence scope presented at that checkout. The website supports manually recorded adverts across marketplaces; it does not automatically connect or synchronise marketplace accounts. If an earlier checkout described a different scope, contact SoloFoxAI Support about that purchase.

Brand and intellectual property

SoloFoxAI is a registered UK trade mark (UK00004231554). The SoloFoxAI name and branding, and protected original elements of SoloFoxAI Inventory, may not be used without permission except where allowed by law. This does not claim ownership of the general idea of inventory software or listing advice, or prevent independent development of similar functions. Marketplace names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

3. Purchases and access

Website purchases are processed by Payhip and Stripe. Android in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. The price and currency shown before purchase apply to that transaction. The current website offer is one payment, not a subscription, with no automatic renewal. A price increase for new buyers does not add a charge to an earlier purchase.

Website buyers sign in with a one-use code sent to their purchase email. Keep access to that mailbox and never share a sign-in code. Website access normally becomes available after payment is confirmed; contact us with your order reference if your receipt has arrived but access is missing. A full website refund ends access under that purchase. It does not prevent you asking for an export of your stored records or exercising your data rights.

The browser service is in English and records amounts in pounds sterling. It needs an internet connection, a current web browser and device storage for saved listing checks. Screenshot reading needs a compatible browser; tab capture is a supported-desktop feature. Manual entry remains available if an import cannot run. Try the free example before buying. Your own internet and marketplace charges are separate.

Android buyers can unlock or restore access only when Google Play confirms that their account owns the purchase. Pending, cancelled, refunded or revoked purchases do not provide continuing Android access. Website inventory and Android purchase features are described separately; do not assume that a purchase includes features that were not offered at its checkout.

4. Private Android testing

The private tester group and applications are currently closed. If SoloFoxAI later sends a private invitation, requesting or receiving a place does not guarantee selection, completion or future access. Accepted testers must be 18 or over, use their own compatible Android device, follow the private Google Play invitation and give honest feedback on a Vinted listing. Testers must not share private test links or attempt to interfere with the service.

Testers should continue only when Google Play clearly identifies the transaction as a test and offers the test payment option they were told to use. If a real payment method appears, they must stop rather than complete the purchase. Test access lasts only while the private test is available. Completing the test does not promise permanent or free access, and a Google Play test transaction does not create a commercial licence.

5. Inventory, sale records and no guaranteed outcome

A public asking price is not proof of the final amount paid. Users must record the agreed item price from their order, receipt or other reliable record. Inventory summaries describe the user's own confirmed records and are not wider-market sold-price data or a valuation. If a listing no longer appears in a public-profile screenshot, we ask the user to check what happened. We only record a sale after the user confirms it.

SoloFoxAI Inventory may suggest several useful checks or changes from the information entered. It does not guarantee views, enquiries, offers or sales, and it does not claim access to Vinted's ranking system, marketplace algorithms, private sold-price data or user accounts.

6. Availability and changes

Online access is required for the current experience. SoloFoxAI may maintain, improve or replace features while preserving the substance of a valid one-time licence. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. This does not remove our responsibility to provide the service as agreed or your legal remedies if we fail to do so.

Use the inventory backup and separate saved-check export to keep copies of important records. Those copies help with recovery; they do not transfer our legal responsibilities to you. A code update or revised policy does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

7. Cancellation, problems and refunds

For UK consumer purchases made online, the usual cancellation period is 14 days starting the day after the contract is made. You do not need a reason. Starting to use the app does not, by itself, remove that right. Any lawful exception for immediate digital supply must have been clearly explained and expressly agreed as part of that purchase; this page does not obtain that agreement.

To cancel, send a clear statement to hello@solofoxai.com or write to our business correspondence address above. Your purchase email, order reference and purchase date help us find the order. You can use the wording below, but you do not have to. Do not send a login code or card details.

Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we return it without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day deadline, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. A charge for service already supplied is possible only where the law allows it and the required information and express request were provided. We do not add a cancellation administration fee.

If the app is faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed, contact us even after the cancellation period. Depending on the circumstances, the law may entitle you to a correction, repeat performance, price reduction or refund. A checkout provider's policy cannot take away those rights. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints, liability and contact

For a complaint, email hello@solofoxai.com with what happened, the page involved, your order reference if relevant and the outcome you are asking for. We will investigate and explain our response. If the problem remains unresolved, tell us why so we can review it; this process does not prevent you using any legal remedy.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, SoloFoxAI is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of breach. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory rights and court protections available where they live.
