A little help with your inventory.

Add your first item

Open Add item. Paste a Vinted UK advert link to try importing its public details, import Vinted screenshots, or choose Enter one item. For another marketplace, save its advert link and enter the details yourself. Check imported text and prices before saving. You can leave an unknown purchase cost or listing date blank.

One item, several adverts

Keep one inventory record for each physical item. Open its Adverts & notes panel to add an advert for another marketplace. Each advert can have its own title, price, description and listing date. A second advert does not mean you own a second item.

Check a listing and make a change

Open the item and choose the advert you want to check. Review the details in the checker and add anything missing. The suggestions use what you enter; they do not reveal marketplace rankings or guarantee a sale. Make your chosen changes on the marketplace, then update the advert record here. Saving here does not publish or change a marketplace advert.

Keep notes without clutter

Adverts & notes can hold reminders, changes you have made and promotion notes. Mark an entry as an idea or as something already done. Select Include in listing check only when that note will help you review the advert. Notes remain private context and are not inserted into your public description.

Record costs and a sale

Use Costs to record what you paid for an item. When a buyer agrees a price, use Order pending until the sale is complete. Record completed sale needs the actual item price agreed with the buyer and the sale date. Choose the marketplace where the sale happened. The asking price is not automatically treated as money received.

Profit is shown when purchase cost, seller fees and seller-paid postage are recorded. Enter zero only when a cost really was zero; leave it blank if you do not know. A returned or cancelled order is not counted as a completed sale.

An item is no longer available

If you gave it away, disposed of it or decided not to sell it, choose No longer available and review the confirmation. This keeps its history and costs without recording a sale. Check the remaining adverts in Adverts & notes, remove or end them on each marketplace, then confirm each ended advert here. Hiding an advert temporarily is different from ending it.

Undo is available until a later change is saved to the item. If you have the item again after that, use Return to stock. It becomes a draft to review; no advert is republished.

A link or screenshot will not import

Some Vinted pages cannot be read. Use screenshots or manual entry instead. Screenshot reading happens on your device and can make mistakes. Confirm the item, title and figures before saving. Leave out buyer messages, addresses and payment information. Tab capture is available only in supported desktop browsers; you choose the tab in the browser prompt.

Describe an inventory update

Look for the fox and Your inventory helper above your item list. Choose Update my inventory to write a request, or choose one of the four example buttons. You can also search by a few words from the item name, brand or model. Press Enter to search, or Shift+Enter to add a new line. If the helper cannot prepare the request, choose a suggested item to open its usual controls. Similar-looking records have separate references so you can check the right one. Each example explains what the helper will do; edit its item name and details before continuing. Try “We’ve got rid of the cot”, “The dress cost me £4”, “Change the price for the dress to £20”, or “Note for the cot: Check the fittings”. Choose the matching item, select the advert when changing a price, then review and confirm. Nothing changes until you confirm.

This helper understands these supported request types on your device; it is not an open-ended AI chat. An unavailable item keeps its history and does not become a sale. You can undo that availability change if the item has not changed again. The helper lists saved adverts you may need to remove; you still make changes on each marketplace yourself. Notes are private, with a separate choice to include them as context in future listing checks. Use the normal sale controls for sales, returns and cancellations.

Get your sign-in code

Open Sign in and use the email on your Payhip receipt. Check spam or junk folders. Codes expire after ten minutes and work once; use the newest code if you requested another. If a code does not arrive, wait before retrying and contact us if the problem continues. We will never ask you to send us your sign-in code or full card details.

Use another device

Your saved inventory belongs to your purchase account. Sign in with the same purchase email on the other device. Saved listing checks stay in the browser where you made them. Use the checker’s backup controls if you want to keep or move those checks. Clearing browser data may remove local checks and drafts.

Download and back up your records

Download shown items creates a spreadsheet-friendly CSV of the items in your current view. Back up all inventory, below your item list, downloads all saved inventory records, advert details, notes, sales and item history. Keep this private file somewhere safe. Restoring this file into your account is not currently available. Contact support if records are missing or your inventory is too large for the normal download. A backup of inventory does not include device-only listing checks.

A change will not save

If another tab changed the item, reload your saved inventory and review the latest details before trying again. During a connection problem you may see a read-only saved copy. Reconnect before editing. Reload saved inventory refreshes your saved records; it does not inspect marketplace websites.

Access, refunds or a problem we have not covered

Email hello@solofoxai.com with your purchase email, the page you were using and a short description of what happened. An order reference helps with purchase questions. Please remove private buyer information from any screenshot. Contact us about an export or correction even if you cannot sign in.

For cancellation or refund requests, include your order reference and purchase date. We will review the request under the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise that every listing will sell.
